The Neos Heater comes fully equipped with a protective collar, an inner container, a lid, and a detachable power cord for convenience. Therapists have the flexibility to either decant wax directly into the heater or use standard size wax pots in the inner container, accommodating 400g European wax tins seamlessly, making it a versatile choice for a variety of salon services, making it a essential addition to your salon supplies.

Delivery
Delivery charges are quoted at checkout. Pricing varies on location, courier and current rates. We regularly review our courier options to provide you the best value of service.
Standard Delivery is free on orders over £100 (ex VAT). For surcharged postcodes, delivery is free on orders over £250.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery. Saturday delivery options are possible to most locations. There is a small charge for Saturday delivery.
Returns
You can return unopened products for a refund within 60 days of receiving your order. Electrical goods and hygiene products are ineligible for returns, unless faulty/damaged.
