• We'll put together your order for you and get it out for next day delivery

Price Match Assurance Terms

• We match prices of all major UK suppliers in the industry (Alan Howard, Capital, Salon Services, Salons Direct, Ellisons Hair & Beauty)

• Prices can only be matched for in-stock products

• Matched products must be identical to products available on our website

• Orders which involve a price match cannot be further discounted with discount codes or promotions

• In-store only prices or websites accessed through membership programs cannot be used in the price match

Please note that, because we cannot verify competitors' past pricing, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

Which products can I use Price Match Assurance on?

Any product listed on our website can have the price matched. Please make sure the product on a competitors website is the exact same product and size. We cannot match with a similar product or a product from non-UK markets.

How long does the price match process take?

In the case that we've already matched the same price for another customer, we will let you know right away. If you're the first to show us a lower price at a competitor, it may take a short amount of time to internally approve the price match.
