This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.hairdressingsupplies.com (the “Site”).

High-volume customers may qualify for additional discounts on selected products, and a dedicated Account Manager. If you qualify for these we may contact you by phone or email.

We may also share your data with our third-party brand partners this is done to help provide you with information or advertising relating to their products or services  

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING DATA

 

Before processing any personal data, we ensure that at least one lawful basis under GDPR is met. We will not disclose personal data for any purpose other than what the data was originally collected for; unless there is an overriding legal basis that enables this processing.

We may collect, hold, use and disclose the information collected to process customer data for the purposes of ‘legitimate interests’ pursued by the controller, to respond to customer queries and for marketing purposes. 

As part of our business sales strategy we may contact individuals about our products and services. To do this, we rely on our shared ‘legitimate interests’.
