DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Delivery charges are quoted excluding VAT. This will be added to the order at the checkout.
- Eligibility for Next working day delivery is for orders placed before 2.00PM Monday-Friday, all orders after this time will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday will be shipped out Monday. (Please note this service is not guaranteed and excludes unforeseen order delays, promotional days such as 'VAT Free', and single-item shipping).
- Standard delivery is next working day if the order is placed at 2.00pm. Delivery is Monday to Friday between 7.00 am to 6:30 pm, please ensure somebody is available during these times to receive the delivery. Please note, during busier periods delivery could take 3-5 working days. In this instance, you will be notified by the courier.
- Small order delivery is available for orders with a single item. This service uses a courier bag for shipping rather than box. The service used for this is Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Free delivery is available for orders over £100 excluding VAT.**
- Delivery costs vary based on postcode and location, though our standard rates are £5.99 for DPD, £4.99 for Parcelforce. All non single item delivery services are next working day delivery.
- Free delivery is provided through DX Delivery Service only. ParcelForce and DPD can be chosen at a discounted rate instead, if you prefer these couriers.

In the event your order arrives damaged, i.e there is visible damage to the packaging we ask that you either sign for it as damaged in order for us to make a claim or refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will inspect the damage and send out a replacement to you.
The Supplier shall have no liability for any failure to deliver the Goods to the extent that such failure is caused by 1) a Force Majeure; 2) The Customer’s failure to provide the Supplier with adequate delivery instructions for the Goods; 3) A third party carrier service for example; Freight companies/Aircraft Delivery Companies for international deliveries overseas.

We have recently introduced the ability for self served chosen delivery dates on your orders. Please note that whilst we will try to the best of our ability to deliver on this date, complications may arise and your order may sometimes be delayed.
RETURNS
We operate a free 60-day return service. You can return items for up to 60 days after receiving your original order if you change your mind. Any order discrepancies or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. All goods will be inspected upon return. In the unlikely event that an item is not suitable for resale, it may be sent back to you. Please ensure return parcels are packaged securely. Return parcels are the responsibility of the customer until the parcel is received and accepted by Hairdressing Supplies Lincoln. We advise customers to take photographic evidence in the case of courier damage.

ELECTRICAL GOODS
We do not accept returns of electrical goods wherein the packaging has been opened and the item has been removed from the packaging, unless the product is deemed faulty.
On receipt of faulty items within the 60 day return window, Hairdressing Supplies Lincoln will inspect the items and determine whether the item can be repaired or replaced. If we are unable to repair or replace the item a full refund will be issued. This process may take up to 14 working days. At times, we may be required to send the electrical to the manufacturer who will inspect the product and repair or replace it. In these cases, we may be required to wait for the manufacturer to inspect the return.
HYGIENE, SCISSORS AND SIMILAR ITEMS
Hairdressing Supplies Lincoln cannot accept returns such as scissors, clippers, razors, manicure or pedicure implements, tweezers which have been used, due to strict hygiene regulations.
Please also be aware that sharp items such as scissors or razor blades will require an adult with valid ID to be preset to accept delivery. This is to comply with section 141A of Criminal Justice Act 1988. The delivery of these products can only be through the courier ParcelForce. Further, there are postal areas that are unavailable for ParcelForce age verification service to deliver to.
SURCHARGED POSTCODES
Some areas of the UK come with additional costs to us when shipping. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to pass these costs on to customers shipping to these addresses.
Additionally, we are unable to offer shipping of sharp items including scissors and bladed items to some postcodes, due to our courier restrictions. If you encounter issues with shipping sharp items, please contact us to go through the best steps to take to get your items delivered
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

FarmaVita Omniplex Salon Kit + Blossom Glow Bond Care (Backbar + Aftercare)
Create stronger, brighter blondes in the chair—and lock in the result at home. The Omniplex Salon Kit (No.1 Bond Maker 500 ml + No.2 Bond Reinforcer 500 ml) works inside chemical services to build and stabilize bonds. Follow with Blossom Glow Bond Care Shampoo (250 ml) and Bond Care Mask (250 ml) to rebalance pH, smooth the cuticle and protect colour. Use the litres at the backwash; recommend retail sizes for take-home aftercare.
Step-by-step: in-salon use
A) Colour services (all permanent/demi shades)

Mix colour + developer as usual.

Add Omniplex No.1 at 1 ml per 10 ml of colour cream.
• For super-lighteners (1:2 mix) add 2 ml per 10 ml colour cream. -
Apply and process with no time changes. Rinse, shampoo.

Towel-dry, apply Omniplex No.2 generously (length-dependent) for ≥5 min. Rinse, then dry/style.
B) Bleach/high-lift/balayage

Mix powder lightener + developer as usual.

Add Omniplex No.1 at 2 ml per 10 g bleaching powder.

Apply and process as normal. Rinse, shampoo.

Towel-dry, apply Omniplex No.2 for ≥5 min. Rinse, then dry/style.
C) Intensive strengthening treatment (no colour/bleach)

After shampoo, mix 10 ml No.1 + 10 ml No.2.

Apply root-to-tip on damp hair; place under heat 5–10 min. Rinse.

Re-apply No.2 for 2–3 min. Rinse, then style.

• SLS/SLES-free micellar cleanse that reinforces bonds with Omniplex Tech + Vegetal Keratin; acid pH helps return hair to a healthy range after chemical services. Shampoo, massage, rinse. (Pro tip: use immediately after lightening/toning.)
Blossom Glow Bond Care Mask (250 ml)
• Rich, conditioning mask (over 11% active ingredients) with Omniplex Tech + Vegetal Keratin + Macadamia Oil. Apply after shampoo, leave 3–5 min, rinse. Recommend clients use 1–2× weekly at home for ongoing strength and shine.
