L'Oreal Professionnel Blond Studio 9 Multi-Techniques Lightening Powder lifts up to 9 levels and is activated by oil, for fast, even lift with care for the hair. Its creamy mix suits both foil work and open-air techniques such as balayage.

For professional use only. In the UK, L'Oreal advises off-scalp application only: mix 1:1 with L'Oreal Professionnel Oil Developer (maximum 30 vol / 9%), develop for up to 50 minutes without heat. Wear gloves, avoid breathing in the powder, avoid contact with eyes and skin, and carry out an allergy alert test 48 hours before every colour service.

Delivery
Delivery charges are quoted at checkout. Pricing varies on location, courier and current rates. We regularly review our courier options to provide you the best value of service.
Standard Delivery is free on orders over £100 (ex VAT). For surcharged postcodes, delivery is free on orders over £250.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 1PM will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery. Saturday delivery options are possible to most locations. There is a small charge for Saturday delivery.
Returns
You can return unopened products for a refund within 60 days of receiving your order — log in and use Return my order in My Account for a free Royal Mail return label. Electrical goods and hygiene products are ineligible for returns, unless faulty/damaged.
