This innovative formula targets excess copper – a metal that builds up in the hair from water and can compromise colour services, leading to breakage and unreliable results.
Powered by Glicoamine, a patented molecule small enough to penetrate the hair fibre, this sulphate-free shampoo gently cleanses while helping to neutralise excess metal deposits. Used as the second step in the Metal Detox protocol, it is designed for use after the Metal Detox Pre-Treatment Spray and before the mask for optimal results.

How to Use
Apply evenly to wet hair. Lather until a rich foam develops, then rinse thoroughly.
Use once a week in alternation with your client’s usual shampoo.

For at-home maintenance: advise clients to use weekly, alternating with their regular Serie Expert shampoo.

Delivery
Delivery charges are quoted at checkout. Pricing varies on location, courier and current rates. We regularly review our courier options to provide you the best value of service.
Standard Delivery is free on orders over £100 (ex VAT). For surcharged postcodes, delivery is free on orders over £250.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched same day for next working day delivery. Saturday delivery options are possible to most locations. There is a small charge for Saturday delivery.
Returns
You can return unopened products for a refund within 60 days of receiving your order. Electrical goods and hygiene products are ineligible for returns, unless faulty/damaged.
